Hotel Plaza Limited (HPL) is the Singapore main board-listed subsidiary of UOL Group Limited. The principal activities of HPL are those of a hotelier, a property owner and the holding of investments.

HPL's core business is hospitality. Presently, it has a portfolio of 12 hotels in the Asia-Pacific region, with operations extending from Singapore to Malaysia, Australia, China, Myanmar and Vietnam.

Branding for the Group's managed hotels revolves around the Parkroyal master brand, which it owns. This is licensed to its wholly owned subsidiary and hotel management arm, Parkroyal Hotels & Resorts Pte Ltd.

In addition, HPL also runs spa and restaurant operations under wholly owned subsidiary, United Lifestyle Holdings Pte Ltd (ULH). ULH owns and operates the established St. Gregory Spas in Singapore and the award-winning Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurants in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
